Everything You’re Wondering About

A: You can book meeting rooms from same-day to several months in advance. For popular time slots (weekday mornings), we recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, but we often can accommodate same-day requests.

A: Minimum booking is 1 hour for all meeting rooms. You can book in 1-hour increments (1, 2, 3 hours, etc.) or choose our half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) packages for better rates.

A: If the room is available after your booking, you can extend on-site and pay for the additional hours. If another booking follows yours, we’ll notify you 15 minutes before your time ends. We recommend booking slightly more time than you think you’ll need.

A: Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before your booking receive full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged full price.

A: Yes, our team provides brief equipment orientation when you arrive. If you encounter any technical issues during your meeting, support staff can assist quickly.
